Mobile information. When you provide your mobile phone number to Dynamic Financial (“we,” “us,” or “our”) — including through a funding application, contact form, or any opt-in checkbox on our website — you may consent to receive recurring text (SMS/MMS) messages from us related to: (a) your funding application status and document requests; (b) account servicing and payment reminders; (c) responses to your customer-support inquiries; and (d) marketing, promotions, and rate updates, if you have separately consented to those.
No sharing of mobile information for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information you provide to Dynamic Financial, including your phone number and SMS opt-in consent, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
