Program description
Dynamic Financial Group operates an SMS program to send you (a) funding application updates and document requests, (b) account servicing and payment notifications, (c) customer-support replies, and, where you have separately opted in, (d) marketing and promotional messages.
Consent
You expressly authorize Dynamic Financial Group to send recurring automated and non-automated text messages to the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, funding application, loan approval, or service.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Marketing messages, if separately opted in, will not exceed a reasonable frequency consistent with industry guidelines.
Costs
Dynamic Financial Group does not charge for the messages you receive, but standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.
Opt-out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. After replying STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile (T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages), Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility
You must be the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to enroll the mobile number you provide, and you must be at least 18 years old.
Changes
We may modify or terminate the SMS program at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the program or on our website.
Privacy
Your mobile number and SMS consent will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which expressly states that mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Governing law
These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York.
